The quiet fear

You can see how hard your child works. You just cannot see if it is working.

Every evening the door closes and the studying begins. The mocks, the notes, the late nights. You watch the effort, and you tell them you are proud. But somewhere underneath, there is a question you do not say out loud: is any of this actually moving them closer to an NLU, or are we just hoping?
